Mandatory Checks (including renewal of documents for subsequent placements) need to be completed at least 6 WEEKS prior to your commencement date for placement.
Extension requests to supply mandatory checks after this date will need to be submitted via email to wil-hmas@cqu.edu.au
Extensions for mandatory checks will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
