Warning to students. Should a Mandatory Check expire before placement and you have not renewed this evidence and/or alerted your WIL Officer for them to do their final check, SONIA will automatically remove your placement information from view. It is important to ensure that you do not allow your evidence to expire so you can view your placement information at all times. Please note that as per policy students will be removed from placement if any mandatory checks are allowed to expire during placement. It is compulsory that students also take all original evidence in a display folder to placement on their first day.
