Mandatory Check Closing Dates:
MEDI12004 - 27 May 2024
MEDI13005 - 8 July 2024
MEDI13004 - 30 September 2024
MEDI14005/MEDI14006 - 2 December 2024
Mandatory checks (including renewal of documents for subsequent placements) need to be completed at least 6 WEEKS prior to your commencement date for placement. Mandatory Check closing dates are detailed above and in the Mandatory Check Guide.
Extension requests to supply mandatory checks after this date will need to be submitted via email to wil-hmas@cqu.edu.au.
Extensions for mandatory checks will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
