Personal information is collected, stored, used and disclosed by the Work-Integrated Learning Group (WIL) to facilitate placements, undertake mandatory checks and related activities. WIL has the obligation under the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld) to collect this information. 
Personal information being your course and unit, student number, name, phone number, student email and emergency contact name and phone number will be disclosed to the WIL placement partner, and where applicable evidentiary expiry dates and/or specific mandatory check documents may be provided to specific and suitably qualified staff of a health organisation or uploaded to their approved information system. CQUniversity utilises personal information for research and learning analytics purposes by way of identifiable and de-identified data for the planning and improvement of core services and to enhance student learning, education practice and support services.
