Mandatory Checks due to Thailand Trip students – 13 December 2024
Mandatory Checks Final due date for Term 1 2025 - 31 March 2025
- Students can be withdrawn on Census date if they have not completed all their Mandatory Checks.
- Students cannot start placement until they have completed all their Mandatory Checks.
Mandatory Checks Final due date for Term 2 2025 - 4 August 2025
· Students to maintain checks from Term 1 and always remain compliant during placement.
NOMINATION FORMS
Student can add the form in your FORMS Tab in Sonia, complete the form, then submit
- ESSC13008 - Term 1 2025 - due Census Date - 1 April 2025
- ESSC13009/ESSC13005 - Term 2 2025 - (ESSC13005 Supervisors must be with an AEP) - due Week 7 of Term 1 - Friday, 2 May 2025
